Packaging Barrels

220-liter polyethylene barrels are used to pack and transport materials in chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries. The packaging barrels of Tabarestan Plastic Complex are produced through continuous extrusion-blow molding technology in three-layered form. The production of these products in the three-layer form not only improves the mechanical properties of the product, but also enables the production of the inner layer in a colorless and additive-free manner, which prevents migration between the product inside the barrel and the inner wall. Thus, they are very suitable to store pharmaceuticals and foodstuffs and to preserve the nature of the product inside the barrel. The raw materials of packaging barrels of Tabarestan Plastic Complex are high-molecular weight and density polyethylene (UHDPE). The barrels are produced using these materials that have maximum resistance to the tensions during transportation and storage.
